I'm inquisitive, spontaneous but organized, and a people person. Born in Canada, grewup in California, and currently live in Los Angeles. I teach Pilates, Gyrotonic, basic yoga various places in L.A., and also organize and conduct retreats and healthy travel programs internationally.  Launched this in 2003. Through these programs I've established affliliations with foundations in Costa Rica and Peru dedicated to sustainable living, cultural preservation and environmental causes.
